21st Century Students don't "hand work in", they publish! There are so many interesting and fun web pages where students can make a variety of products that will engage them in their learning and demonstrate their understanding. But all those web sites require accounts to save student work.
So how do teachers, or anyone else, get to see those masterpieces? Each of these creative websites will let you take the product that has been made - be it a timeline, an animation or digital book, and host it on a web space like this one, or a blog. Students can move their product into a more publicly accessible location using the products 'share' or "embed code." Examples By way of example I have embedded some products from various web services so you can see what the final result might be. The top one is a podcast I did with a colleague in AudioBoom, second is a presentation built in Prezi and third is cartoon from PowToon. |
